Forms for New Admissions are available with LDC.
Kindly fill the form completely duly signed by the parent, attach original TC and photocopy of Part II order duly attested before depositing. Get the detail of fee to be paid from the Accountant/Notice Board.

Pay the admission fee on the next day of submission of form. Payments of fee will be accepted through an account payee local Punjab National Bank cheques/ Demand Drafts only, in favour of Army Public School Suratgarh Punjab National Bank Account No. 6158003800001712. Timing for payment of fee 08:00 Hrs to 11:30 Hrs. No cash payment.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

a) Transfer Certificate in Original (should be countersigned by appropriate authority (Distt Education Officer) Except for Army School/APSs/ KVs)

b) Progress Report of the last school attended alongwith character certificate. 

c) Defence Personnel Serving Certificate(if applicable).

GUIDELINES FOR ENTRANCE TEST
For admission in class (9 & 11)
The students, irrespective of the school from which they are coming will face the Admission Test in all the five compulsory subjects i.e. English, Hindi, Math, Science and Social Science. Each paper will be of 50 marks.

After clearing the Entrance Exam the admission will be given on the next day of Result declaration.
In case the child is coming from schools other than Army School/Army Public School Entrance Exam will be conducted.

Entrance Exam is conducted on every Saturday & result will be declared on subsequent Tuesday.

Details of Entrance Exams are as under. It will be based on syllabus of one class lower i.e. for admission in class 5th. Entrance Exam will be based on Class 4th syllabus.
